Booking & Payment Policy
- To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking.
- Your card will not be charged unless you choose to prepay or if a cancellation fee applies.
- We reserve the right to charge the card on file for services rendered, late cancellations, or no-shows.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.
- If a nurse is dispatched to your location and is unable to reach you or gain access to the location within a reasonable timeframe, you will be charged the full appointment amount.
- Please respect your nurse’s time and notify us as early as possible if plans change.
Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy. Any personal or medical information collected is kept strictly confidential and is used solely for treatment and booking purposes.
- Your information will never be sold, shared, or used without your consent.
Medical Disclaimer
- All treatments are provided by licensed medical professionals.
- Our services support hydration and well-being but are not a substitute for medical treatment. Always consult with your physician if unsure.
- The services provided by Nouridrips LLC have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
- These treatments are intended for healthy adults only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any wellness therapy.
- Nouridrips LLC is a healthcare management services organization. All medical services are independently provided by licensed professionals under Guardian MD PLLC and the supervision of Dr. Klapman.
Terms & Conditions
- By booking an appointment with Nouridrips, you agree to arrive on time, provide accurate medical history, and acknowledge that we may decline treatment if necessary for safety reasons or contraindications.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including safety or health concerns.
- Clients must be at least 18 years old.
- All clients — particularly those over the age of 65 or with underlying health conditions — are encouraged to consult with their primary care physician before booking an IV or booster treatment, especially if they take regular medications or have chronic medical concerns.
- By receiving services from Nouridrips, you acknowledge and agree to all policies stated herein.
